  • Account information: Name, email address, company name, and password when you create an account.
  • Billing information: Payment card details, billing address, and transaction history (processed securely by Stripe).
  • Support requests: Information you provide when contacting our support team, including the content of your messages.
  • Profile data: Optional information such as profile photo, job title, and notification preferences.

2. Information Collected Automatically

  • Device telemetry: Hardware metrics (CPU, memory, disk, temperature), network metrics (latency, bandwidth, packet loss), and system information collected by the Event Sentinel agent from your monitored devices.
  • Usage data: Pages visited, features used, interaction patterns, and session duration within our dashboard and applications.
  • Device information: Browser type, operating system, IP address, and device identifiers when accessing our web and mobile applications.
  • Log data: Server logs including access times, error logs, and referral URLs.

3. Information from Third Parties

  • OAuth providers: If you sign in via Google or GitHub, we receive your name, email, and profile picture as authorized by you.
  • Integration data: Data from third-party services you connect (e.g., Slack, PagerDuty) limited to what is necessary for the integration to function.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide the Services: Monitor your infrastructure, generate AI predictions, trigger alerts, and display dashboards.
  • Improve our platform: Analyze usage patterns, train and improve our machine learning models, and optimize performance. Telemetry data used for model training is aggregated and anonymized.
  • Communicate with you: Send service notifications, alert emails, product updates, and respond to support requests.

Our commitment: We will never sell your monitoring data or personal information to advertisers or data brokers. Your infrastructure data belongs to you.

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Some aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.

  • Encryption at rest: All stored data is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.

  • EU data residency option available for Enterprise customers who require data to remain within the EU (Frankfurt region).

Children’s Privacy

Our Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
